Happy Thanksgiving

These are pictures from one of our family Thanksgivings that we went to. We have a great Thanksgiving even though Bryson didn't really care to eat anywhere we went because there were to many other things going on for him to do and get into! At this thanksgiving he was amazed by a small PINK tricycle and he wouldn't let go of it even though his dirt bike was there, he let everyone ride his dirt bike and could care less as long as he had that pink bike. I got to thinking I should take the scooter I bought in blue back and get the pink one! He also like the longhorns that came and stood at the fence line, and I must say that was the closest that I have ever been to one before! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

The kids Loved the longhorns next to Uncle Travis's house.

Thanksgiving at School with Nana & Friends

On Tuesday Bryson's school (daycare) had a Thanksgiving that the parents or anyone could come to and have lunch with their children. Nana was off so she went and had lunch with Bryson. He quickly introduced her to his friend Tony who is 3 he was just having lunch with them because his mom was the teacher, he tends to make friends with the older kids for some reason he prefers them and plays better with them.

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween from Bryson my little Dinosaur (yes we know its really a dragon because it has wings, but as far as he was concerned it was a Dinosaur). Bryson went Friday to his Nana's work to Trick R' Treat, to his Pawpaws house, and Aunt B.B's work. He went with his dad for the weekend and went to a carnival at a church in Grandview and trick r treated with some of his cousins on his dads side, he had a great time!! Everyone loved his costume.

Bryson's Pumpkin

Saturday after a long day at Chucky Cheeses (pictures to come) and Toys R' Us Bryson came home and got to paint his pumpkin! He liked his little pumpkin he carried it everywhere in walmart, he did throw it out a few times, I'm thinking this was because he saw bigger ones but he also thought that these pumpkins were balls....So needless to say I think he enjoyed painting his pumpkin and cried when he had to take a bath to wash all this paint off!

He must have not liked the 6 colors he got-so he made his own.

Trying to paint Mommy among other things!

Painting the counter-thank goodness this paint wash easily,

Happy Birthday Bryson

Saturday we had Bryson's birthday party at the park in the town, overall it was a great party minus the cold weather! He has a handy manny theme & cake. The spring horse was a gift that mommy and daddy gave him on his actual birthday so it didn't get to go to the party. Then about 4 pictures down you will see his Granpa's ingenious idea of a gift for a 2 year old.(more like a gift for a 45 yr old man). Anyways, needless to say I was a little upset about that along with his Nana, but all the guys thought it was to cool...maybe in a few years it will be. Anyways enjoy the pictures.

First Trip to the Emergency Room

This weekend was full of action, not any kind we really wanted though. First of all I had PRK (type of lasik) surgery on Friday about 4pm, and everything was fine went Saturday morning and they said everything looked great for a "not even 24 hour out PRK patient". At this point I hadn't hit the part where "it feels like someone poured jalapeno juice in your eyes" and you cant rub them whatsoever!! (Bryson was spending the weekend with his dad). Then about 3pm Saturday I get a call from Duane and he can hardly talk he was so upset and said, "I think Bryson may have to have stitches", last thing I wanted/needed to hear because I couldn't even drive for 3-5 days, and they were in Joshua! So I kept trying to call my "driver" (My mom) who happened to be in a movie, that I would have loved to be watching myself and finally got them to answer and they came home and we drove to Hugley where they had taken Bryson and he had to get 3 staples in the back of his head because he hit his head on the coffee table at his dads, while playing. Duane said at first he cried and Duane got it to stop bleeding but was worried with how deep it was that he would have to have something, they had a friend who lived down the road and was a paramedic to come look and he said it was going to have to have something, so they went to the nearest hospital which happened to be Hugley. They were very nice there and did good with Bryson and I was very surprised with how well Bryson was doing with the incident. He was still going 90 to nothing the entire time, not even that slowed him down! He is fine now we have to doctor it up and clean it 3-4 times a day and he knows it hurts and doesn't care to much for you touching it but I have been bribing him with gummie vitamins! (Hey whatever works). We took him to Fossil Rim for Labor day and have lots of videos and pictures that I am going to work on combining and will post but for now my eyes are killing me, because today was my first day back at work and had to use my eyes today and since I'm not seeing 20/20 just yet i have to squint which causes stray which cause pain in the end so I have a headache never the less. I will spare you any photos of his head, just thank goodness it wasnt any worse that it was! Keep checking back for our fossil rim trip, I will post a few pictures from the past week or so, Nana and Grandpa took him to see mini horses!
