Baking Christmas Cookies With Nana

Nana is trying to bring back traditions that we had growing up such as baking and decorating Christmas cookies. Bryson enjoyed this very much! (as you can see). He wanted to lick the icing off the cookies though, and didn't care to much about eating the rest of the cookies, so he decorated a lot of little stars! Till he got full and we let him decorate bigger cookies. This was actually really fun, we all enjoyed doing it and hated the Braylee missed out on it, but there's always next year I think I'm liking bringing back this one! Thanks Nana!!!

The snow men were mine! : )

He wore a lot of it too....

Christmas Photos & Birthday Photos

Here are the photos we took for Christmas and for his two year old birthday, the cowboy ones are actually in sepia and black and white tones with mists around the edge to make the hat show up better, these are the raw images from the cd that I got. He didn't behave all that well, so I was afraid to even view the photos but she did get some good ones to mu surprise! ENJOY

(this is one of the best in a 10/13 sepia tone, it was awesome!)

Decorating Nana's Tree

This past Sunday we decorated Nana's tree for her, she requested Bryson and Brayle decorate it for her....she was in for a treat! They had fun doing it, and luckily the ornament's were plastic. Bryson was under the impression that you either just sat the ball in the tree and let it roll back or you had to hang it on the beaded garland. He found his favorite spot on the tree really fast, it was at the very bottom (see pictures below). He hung so many ornaments in the same place the beads started falling off the tree he had about 8-10 in the same spot before we could get him to start putting them in other places, that's when he started just setting them in the tree. It was so funny watching him try and hang the hooks on the garland, he was very careful and took his time!

Happy Thanksgiving

These are pictures from one of our family Thanksgivings that we went to. We have a great Thanksgiving even though Bryson didn't really care to eat anywhere we went because there were to many other things going on for him to do and get into! At this thanksgiving he was amazed by a small PINK tricycle and he wouldn't let go of it even though his dirt bike was there, he let everyone ride his dirt bike and could care less as long as he had that pink bike. I got to thinking I should take the scooter I bought in blue back and get the pink one! He also like the longhorns that came and stood at the fence line, and I must say that was the closest that I have ever been to one before! Hope everyone had a great Thanksgiving.

The kids Loved the longhorns next to Uncle Travis's house.

Thanksgiving at School with Nana & Friends

On Tuesday Bryson's school (daycare) had a Thanksgiving that the parents or anyone could come to and have lunch with their children. Nana was off so she went and had lunch with Bryson. He quickly introduced her to his friend Tony who is 3 he was just having lunch with them because his mom was the teacher, he tends to make friends with the older kids for some reason he prefers them and plays better with them.

Happy Halloween

Happy Halloween from Bryson my little Dinosaur (yes we know its really a dragon because it has wings, but as far as he was concerned it was a Dinosaur). Bryson went Friday to his Nana's work to Trick R' Treat, to his Pawpaws house, and Aunt B.B's work. He went with his dad for the weekend and went to a carnival at a church in Grandview and trick r treated with some of his cousins on his dads side, he had a great time!! Everyone loved his costume.
